As long as the order has not been sent by e-mail, you can always submit a request to cancel your payment.
You can do this by contacting us via email@example.com.
Please include the transaction number of your order in the title of your e-mail so that it is clear which payment is involved.
If the order has already been delivered, please first check the product conditions on the product page to find out if the product can be returned.
If it can be returned, please do not use it. A code that has been used cannot be refunded anymore.
