FIFA Points are the main virtual currency in FIFA Ultimate Team. You can use FIFA Points for two purposes:

To buy FUT Packs
FUT Packs contain content that you can use in FUT such as players and club items.

To buy FUT Draft entries
FUT Draft is a game mode in FUT in which you’re given a random selection of players to complete a series of matches. You can purchase entry for FUT Draft with FIFA Points and finishing a Draft Mode competition will net you rewards such as packs and coins.

Follow these steps to redeem your FIFA Points code on your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One:

• Press the Xbox button on your controller and select Store
• Press the View button on your controller to open the side menu and select Redeem
• Enter your FIFA Points code and select Next and follow the instructions on your screen
  
  

Once you've purchased your PlayStation Store Card, just follow these steps to get your FIFA Points on your PlayStation:

On PlayStation 5:

• Go to Settings > Users and accounts
• Select Account > Payments and subscriptions > Redeem Codes
• Enter the code and select Redeem
• Your PlayStation credit has now been added to your PlayStation wallet
• Head over to the PlayStation Store and find your preferred FIFA Points
• You can now pay with your new PlayStation credit
  
  

On PlayStation 4:

• Go to the PlayStation Store > scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Redeem Codes
• Enter the code and select Redeem
• Your PlayStation credit has now been added to your PlayStation wallet
• Head over to the PlayStation Store and find your preferred FIFA Points
• You can now pay with your new PlayStation credit
